Studies of the local real estate market
We announce with pleasure that from August to September 2009 the Institute of Economics at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow together with Certus Sp. z o.o. in Rzeszow is doing a professional study of the real estate market within the city of Rzeszow. The subject is an analysis of both the commercial segment of the market as well as the housing segment. Housing and business demands will be studied, based on preferences, the attractiveness of investment in Rzeszow, investment procedures, how investor-friendly Rzeszow appears, the influence of financing and legal regulations on developments in the real estate market as well as many other aspects related to investment. Analysis will be done on: the attractiveness of the new sections of the city, opportunities and directions of development, influence on the urban-architectural aspect of the city.
The research will be carried out by seven Rzeszow companies involved in investor services including: Certus Sp. z o.o., Sp. Komandytowa, the law office of Arkadiusz Zuzmak, MWM Architects, Rajzer Consulting, Legal-investor services of J. Buda. The studies will include several research methods adapted to this field.
We are convinced that the results of this research will be of use in the undertaking of new investment in Rzeszow. This first complex wide-scale study of the real estate market in Rzeszow will provide an answer to many interesting questions investors have, additionally it will provide a way to assess the market and the real estate needs of the inhabitants. A study of the real estate market is also an opportunity to promote our city. We plan a conference with discussion by invited guests and the media. The resulting publication will be provided to city authorities for their use.

Research on the real estate market In Rzeszow has also been taken under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
